Golden Insurance Halloween Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Golden Insurance Agency PC, 1901 W Main St, Artesia, NM 88210 ("Sponsor"). Phone: 575-736-1500.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on October 7, 2026 at 11:30 p.m. Mountain Time and ends on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Mountain Time, when Trick or Treat MainStreet ends. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of New Mexico and Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Golden Insurance Agency PC and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
You may enter on Instagram or Facebook. Following us on both platforms is not required. To complete one entry on a platform:
- Follow Golden Insurance Agency on that platform.
- Like the official giveaway post on that platform.
- Comment on that giveaway post and tag at least one friend.
If you choose to complete the steps on both Instagram and Facebook, you will receive one entry for each platform.
Bonus entry (optional): Share the giveaway post to your Instagram or Facebook story and tag Golden Insurance Agency. Your account must be public, or we must be able to see the story, for the bonus entry to count.
Limit: one regular entry per person per platform, plus one bonus entry per platform. Multiple comments do not add entries. Accounts that appear fake, automated, or created only to enter will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a YETI Roadie 15 cooler, a tumbler, a Golden Insurance t-shirt, and a Golden Insurance cap. Approximate retail value: $350. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on Saturday, October 24, 2026, shortly after entries close, at approximately 8:15 p.m. Mountain Time, at the end of Trick or Treat MainStreet in Artesia, NM. The drawing will be streamed live on Sponsor's Facebook and/or Instagram pages.
You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be announced on Sponsor's Instagram and Facebook pages and contacted by direct message from Sponsor's official account. The winner must reply within 48 hours, or an alternate winner will be selected.
If the winner is present at the drawing, the prize may be delivered on site with a valid photo ID. Otherwise, the prize must be picked up at our Artesia office, 1901 W Main St, Artesia, NM 88210, within 30 days, with a valid photo ID.
Trick or Treat MainStreet is organized by Artesia MainStreet. Artesia MainStreet is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not responsible for it.
Beware of fake accounts. Golden Insurance will never ask you to pay a fee, click an outside link, or share bank or card information to claim a prize. Our official accounts are the only ones that will contact the winner.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may share their first name, city, and social media username in the winner announcement, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or not visible due to technical issues or privacy settings. Sponsor may cancel or modify this giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used only to run this giveaway and contact the winner. It will not be sold or used to send insurance offers without your permission.
10. Platform Release
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any liability related to this giveaway.
